Log HR Consultant/Consultant (100%) Opportunity

If you have the ability to inspire others with fun, knowledge, and charm, as well as taking initiative, then we welcome your support as a Log HR Consultant/Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for customer and candidate satisfaction, as well as increasing sales, in Zurich. Your key tasks will include independently supervising and expanding a customer base through acquisition activities, solving personnel-related issues for customers, creating compelling job advertisements and promoting them to suitable candidates. You will also conduct interviews, evaluate applications, and maintain sustainable partnerships with existing customers.

Your Profile

To be successful in this position, you should have a technical background, preferably with additional training as a technical clerk or in sales. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to touch type are essential. You should have no fear of making new contacts and approaching them openly, with a willingness to learn and apply new skills quickly. Your high level of self-motivation and personal responsibility will be fundamental to working independently and proactively. Strong communication skills in German and preferably English are necessary. A valid driver's license (Category B) is also required.
