Job Description
If you are a motivated individual who can inspire others with your knowledge and charm, and if you like taking initiative, then we are looking for your support as a full-time HR consultant.
Your Challenge:
Ensure customer and candidate satisfaction, as well as increase sales for existing and new customers in Zurich
Independently manage and expand customer base through various acquisition activities
Handle personnel issues for customers in temporary and permanent placements
Create attractive job advertisements and promote them effectively
Proactively connect with talented candidates, expanding your professional network
Thoroughly review applications and conduct needs-oriented interviews
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Stay up-to-date with market developments in the Zurich region
Your Competence:
Basic technical training, preferably with further training as a technical clerk or in sales
Proficiency in MS Office and ten-finger typing
Confident in establishing and maintaining new contacts
Willingness to learn and quickly apply new skills
Strong self-motivation and personal responsibility
Excellent communication skills in German, advantageous if also proficient in English
Valid driving license (Category B)
