We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our People Operations team in Zurich. As an Intern in HR Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR processes and initiatives, ensuring the smooth functioning of our People & Purpose department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience and pursuing a career in Human Resources.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Support HR administration by managing employee records, performing data entry, maintaining documents, updating employee information, generating reports, and ensuring accuracy within the HR information system (HRIS).
• Stay updated on local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and contribute to HR policy development.
• Gain practical HR experience in a dynamic and international work environment.
• Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.
• Support internal HR projects.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are business fluent in English and German or French.
• You have excellent knowledge of working with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Educational background and experience in Human Resources; HR Assistant or HR Certification would be a significant advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive HR information.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
