The VSM Collective Foundation for medical professionals and the VSMplus Collective Foundation for employee benefits provide essential insurance services for doctors, medical organizations, as well as companies across the medical field and various other industries, all within the framework of occupational pension schemes. Our dedicated team of 8 employees operates from our Bern-Liebefeld location, focusing on effective pension fund administration.

Your Area of Responsibility

In this newly created position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding customer service and technical administration alongside your team. You will also serve as the primary contact for external accounting. Your main tasks will include:

• Professional and personnel management of a team of 6 employees
• Ensuring and further developing business processes in technical administration
• Acting as the point of contact for the team and providing support in complex cases
• Participating in the annual financial statements, projects, and special tasks
• Coordinating and aligning tasks with external accounting
• Managing claims processing with the reinsurer
• Independently managing your own insured portfolio

Your Profile

We are open to considering candidates at various experience levels, including juniors without prior management experience, provided they possess the following qualifications:

• Several years of solid professional experience in pension fund administration, ideally including project or special tasks
• Further training as a specialist in employee benefits with a federal diploma
• Proficiency in German and a good command of French
• A strong commitment to quality as well as service and solution orientation
