Our client, Pensionskasse Steeltec AG, located in Emmenbrücke, is an autonomous and comprehensive pension fund. With a dedicated small team handling all facets of occupational pension provision, we are seeking a dynamic and flexible individual to fill the role of:

Responsible Specialist for Occupational Pension Provision (40 – 50%)

In this versatile position, you will report directly to the managing director and play a critical role in providing personal support to our insured clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering competent and service-oriented advice on pension and benefit matters
• Independently managing all pension cases and associated administration
• Maintaining contact with affiliated employers to ensure seamless task processing
• Preparing monthly and annual reports
• Acting as a deputy to the managing director as needed

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have completed commercial training and possess experience or further education in occupational pension provision. We are looking for an engaged and personable individual who:

• Communicates confidently in German
