How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead integrated audits of multinational companies in accordance with PCAOB auditing standards.
• Direct audit services related to spin-offs, acquisitions, and divestitures, including carve-out financial statements prepared under US-GAAP.
• Utilize market-leading analytical tools and technologies to innovate and tackle challenges for our clients and teams.
• Identify, prepare, and engage in proposals for new clients and projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to public and private clients regarding accounting, financial reporting, and internal control matters.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor your teams, conduct performance reviews, and contribute to training and feedback. Promote a positive workplace culture and uphold the code of conduct.

Who We Are Looking For

Along with fluency in English, we seek candidates who meet the following criteria:

• 5+ years of external audit experience performing PCAOB integrated audits in a Big 4 environment, with considerable experience in the United States (8+ years for senior manager).
• US CPA license.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, PCAOB audit standards, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
