How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead integrated audits of multinational companies in accordance with PCAOB auditing standards.
• Lead audit services related to spin-offs, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out financial statements prepared under US-GAAP.
• Utilize market-leading analytical tools and technologies to help our clients and teams address challenges in innovative ways.
• Identify, prepare, and participate in proposals for new clients and projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to public and private clients, assisting with accounting, financial reporting, and internal control matters.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor your teams; conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback and training; develop and communicate workplace culture and code of conduct.

Who We Are Looking For

• Fluency in English.
• 5+ years of external audit experience performing PCAOB integrated audits at a Big 4 firm, including several years of work experience in the United States (for senior manager, 8+ years).
• US CPA license.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, PCAOB audit standards, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills – both written and verbal.
