Position: Payroll Specialist (70%) / HR Business Partner (30%) (m/f)
We invite you to bring your expertise and passion to our Human Resources team in Baden, Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in securing a well-rounded and efficient HR department.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage full payroll processing, including preparing data, payroll closure, and handling long-term sickness cases in collaboration with our third-party payroll provider.
- Engage in all aspects of Human Resources activities, including recruitment and correspondence with employees, supervisors, and external authorities.
- Ensure full compliance with HR data, regulations, and policies.
- Support employee engagement and employee relations activities.
- Assist with the rollout of key HR projects, including transitions to new systems.
- Maintain a high level of organization and structure in daily operations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a Swiss HR qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role, specifically in payroll processing and administration.
- Experience within an engineering environment or similar industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English and Swiss-German/German (Italian would be an advantage).
- Able to work independently while collaborating with all levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid knowledge of SAP.
- High degree of personal responsibility, independence, and reliability, coupled with a team-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and possesses a positive, can-do attitude.
- Stress-resistant with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Action-oriented with a drive for results.
