Join Our Team as a Payroll Specialist (70%) / HR BP (30%) (m/f)

We invite you to strengthen our team in Switzerland (Baden) with your expertise and experience in Human Resources.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the full payroll processing, including data preparation, closures, and long-term sicknesses in close collaboration with our third-party payroll provider.
  • Engage in all aspects of Human Resources tasks, such as recruitment and correspondence with employees, supervisors, and external authorities.
  • Ensure full compliance with HR data, regulations, and policies.
  • Support team activities focused on employee engagement and employee relations.
  • Assist with the rollout of key HR projects, including transitions to new systems.
  • Maintain a highly structured and organized approach in a day-to-day operational HR role.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a Swiss HR qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role with familiarity in payroll processing and administration.
  • Experience in the engineering field or a similar industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swiss-German/German; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP.
  • A high degree of personal responsibility and reliability, coupled with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a flexible and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to handle stress and prioritize effectively.
  • Organizational skills with a precise work approach, focused on driving results.
  • Cross-cultural agility, ensuring and maintaining strong relationships with key internal clients.
