Global Payroll Product Owner
On behalf of one of our esteemed Global End Clients, RED is seeking a seasoned Payroll Product Owner to spearhead payroll technology and workforce management solutions throughout Europe, with aspirations for global expansion. This position is based in Warsaw and offers a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead payroll technology deployments and vendor transitions.
- Manage payroll service providers and ensure technical delivery.
- Own the product roadmap and maintain the Agile backlog.
- Oversee payroll integrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live processes.
- Support enhancements in Time & Attendance (T&A) and Workforce Management (WFM).
- Ensure compliance with European payroll legislation and GDPR.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise payroll technology or solution delivery.
- Strong background in Time & Attendance / Workforce Management systems.
- Experience managing payroll providers across multiple countries.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll integrations, Agile delivery, and European payroll requirements.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG/Kronos, ADP or similar is advantageous.
The initial contract duration is 6-9 months, with the potential for transition into a permanent position thereafter.
