Job Area

Your Tasks – Diverse & Exciting

• Independently manage and consult national and international clients on complex payroll mandates.
• Support clients in all aspects of payroll accounting, particularly in challenging cross-border issues (e.g., social security, withholding tax, international employee assignments).
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships while actively participating in the acquisition of new mandates.
• If desired, take on additional responsibilities in mandate management, including accounting mandates, reporting, VAT returns, and tax declarations.
• Analyze and optimize processes within the scope of mandate management.

Your Strengths and Experiences

Your Profile – Knowledgeable & Committed

• Successfully completed further training as a fiduciary, bachelor's degree, or payroll specialist.
• Several years of experience in payroll/accounting, ideally within a fiduciary environment.
• Enjoy direct client contact with strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Exhibit a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style.
• Possess very good German skills and good English proficiency.
• Confident handling of Abacus is desirable.
