Job Area

Your Tasks – Diverse & Exciting

• Independent management and consulting of national and international clients on demanding payroll mandates.
• Supporting clients in all matters of payroll accounting, especially in complex cross-border issues (e.g., social security, withholding tax, international employee assignments).
• Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships as well as actively participating in the acquisition of new mandates.
• Option to take on additional tasks in mandate management, such as accounting mandates, reporting, VAT returns, and tax declarations.
• Analyzing and optimizing processes in the context of mandate management.

Your Strengths and Experiences

• Successfully completed further training as a fiduciary, bachelor’s degree, or payroll specialist.
• Several years of experience in payroll/accounting, ideally in a fiduciary environment.
• Enjoyment of direct client contact, strong service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style.
• Very good German skills, as well as good English skills.
• Confident handling of Abacus is desirable.
