Pathologist (m/f/d) Position Available in Northwestern Switzerland

Are you seeking a new opportunity as a specialist in pathology? We are currently looking for a Pathologist (m/f/d) to join our institute in Northwestern Switzerland as part of our team expansion.

Role and Responsibilities

In this laboratory, you will take on a diverse and independent diagnostic role in clinical pathology, histology, and cytology. You can expect a wide range of examination materials, including:

• Frozen section analyses
• Molecular diagnostics
• Autopsies

Within this institute, you will engage in interdisciplinary work as part of a consulting team, collaborating closely with clients, cooperating practices, and clinics.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

• A medical degree as a specialist in pathology FMH or an equivalent qualification from an EU country
• A passion for diagnostic work
• Initial experience as a specialist or senior physician in a hospital (preferred)
• Strong teamwork skills and high professional and social competence
• Further training in cytopathology or molecular pathology (ideal)
• Very good German language skills and an accurate working style
• A strong interest in providing pathological services at the highest level
