Your Opportunity

Depending on your experience and track record, a progression to a junior partner position with a clear trajectory to partnership is also achievable.

You will have the autonomy to leverage your market knowledge and network while building upon an existing platform, an established brand, and professional structures. Your role transcends merely filling positions; you will cultivate client relationships, explore new markets, and develop your own business, thus becoming an integral part of the ongoing evolution of Thoma & Partner.

What You Bring

• Experience in executive search, personnel consulting, recruiting, or a comparable consulting-intensive environment
• A solid understanding of the needs of companies and decision-makers
• An existing client and/or candidate network is preferable
• Enjoyment in acquisition, relationship management, and sustainable business development
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the readiness to take ownership of your success
• Confidence in interacting with executives, boards, and discerning candidates
• An independent, reliable, and entrepreneurial spirit

Younger candidates are explicitly welcome, provided they possess the professional and personal background, as well as the potential for an entrepreneurial role.
