What You'll Do
- Own and expand senior executive relationships across global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, establishing the firm as a trusted thought partner on enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
- Lead high-stakes strategy and transformation programs in areas such as corporate strategy, portfolio optimization, R&D model redesign, and commercial performance acceleration—especially within the off-patent and biosimilars landscape.
- Drive proactive business development by identifying inflection points in the generics and specialty pharma markets and converting strategic dialogues into sustainable revenue streams.
- Serve as the overall engagement leader for complex, international, multi-workstream programs, ensuring disciplined governance, financial oversight, and measurable value delivery.
- Advise healthcare-focused private equity investors throughout the full deal lifecycle, including strategic due diligence, investment thesis validation, and post-acquisition value creation.
- Build and scale strategic accounts into long-term partnerships, expanding the firm’s footprint across strategy, R&D, operations, and commercial functions.
- Contribute to practice differentiation by developing proprietary insights, market perspectives, and executive-level forums within the global generics and biosimilars ecosystem.
What You'll Bring
- Significant senior leadership experience in top-tier strategy consulting within Life Sciences, complemented by operational exposure and a strong understanding of global pharmaceutical business models.
- Recognized expertise in generics and biosimilars, encompassing portfolio strategy, competitive positioning, lifecycle management, and operating model evolution in a rapidly shifting regulatory and pricing environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale R&D initiatives and enterprise transformation projects, effectively aligning cross-functional stakeholders around clear strategic directions and execution roadmaps.
- Proven ability to originate, grow, and sustain major client accounts, establishing credibility at CEO, CxO, and senior functional leadership levels.
- Strong track record supporting private equity transactions in healthcare across generics, biosimilars, and the CDMO space, combining strategic rigor with practical value-creation planning.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to challenge, influence, and shape board-level decision making.
- A commitment to talent development and practice building, including mentorship of senior teams and active contributions to intellectual capital and market positioning.
