Da Vinci Partners of Switzerland is an internationally operating IP law firm specializing in U.S., international, European, and Swiss patent, trade secret, design, and trademark law. Based in Arbon (TG), Switzerland, our firm represents a diverse range of clients, from newly established companies to large corporations. We provide comprehensive support and advice on all matters related to intellectual property, particularly in patents, designs, trademarks, trade secrets, licensing, and associated legal disputes.

Position: Paralegal

We are currently seeking a qualified paralegal to join our team with a workload of a minimum of 60% to a preferred 100%.

Your Responsibilities

• Deadline docketing, management, and monitoring
• Independent file management and support in legal matters
• Preparation and filing of necessary documents
• Multilingual correspondence with clients, authorities, attorneys, and agents
• Schedule planning and organization of meetings, internal events, lectures, and business trips
• Accounting tasks

Qualifications

• Paralegal diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Professional experience in patents and trademarks within a law firm
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• French language skills are an advantage
• Trustworthiness, reliability, and discretion
• Precise and structured work approach
• Team spirit and dynamism
• Up-to-date computer skills and excellent organizational abilities
