Your Tasks as a Package Sorter
As a Package Sorter, you will play a crucial role in the logistics process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sorting and scanning packages using a completely digital system with QR codes.
- Processing packages efficiently in the depot.
- Preparing all shipments in accordance with system guidelines.
- Utilizing a handheld scanner for scanning and sorting tasks.
- Picking packages into the vehicle based on the shelf system (QR codes).
- Strictly adhering to established rules and processes.
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in logistics, parcel services, or sorting is an advantage.
- Technical proficiency, particularly with scanner operation and a good technical understanding.
- Willingness to work shifts, with starting times at 05:00 / 05:45 or 16:30 in the evening.
- Excellent physical fitness, capable of lifting packages and maintaining a quick work pace.
- German language skills at a minimum of A2 level.
- Very reliable, punctual, and efficient in your work.
- Self-reliant yet able to work effectively within a team.
- Flexible and resilient in a dynamic work environment.
