Role Overview
As part of Accelleron's 3-4 year S/4 Hana transformation strategy, this role is responsible for the design, governance, and execution of the Change Management strategy, including change-related communications and alignment with the overarching training approach. You will champion a people-centered transformation methodology to drive adoption, engagement, and sustainable behavioral change across all stakeholder groups. This position is for a fixed term contract of 3-4 years.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Change Leadership: Collaborate with Program Leadership to shape and implement the enterprise-wide Change Management strategy, ensuring effective adoption of new processes, structures, and ways of working with a clear focus on business value realization.
- End-to-End Change Governance: Develop and lead the Change Management framework, methodology, and standards across the program, ensuring consistent execution of change initiatives at both program and workstream levels.
- Integrated Change & Communication Strategy: Design a comprehensive Change and Communication approach, ensuring clarity, transparency, and engagement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Stakeholder & Impact Management: Conduct detailed stakeholder identification and impact analyses to foster buy-in, ownership, and sustained commitment across all organizational levels.
- Change Impact & Risk Mitigation: Lead Change Impact Analysis across workstreams and translate insights into pragmatic actions, enabling measures, and reinforcement strategies to minimize disruption and accelerate adoption.
- Change Readiness & Adoption Monitoring: Drive organizational readiness assessments and adoption tracking mechanisms, proactively identifying resistance and implementing solution-oriented interventions.
- Learning & Capability Enablement: Collaborate on end-user training concepts and training needs analyses to enable long-term capability building and behavioral change.
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Narrative Consistency: Coordinate with related roles in divisions to ensure alignment and a unified transformation narrative.
- Leadership Enablement & Coaching: Coach and empower Business Workstream Leads and Design Review Members to enhance engagement, communication, and accountability within their areas.
Your Background
- University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with over 5 years of experience in Change Management for business transformation projects with system implementation.
- Leadership skills in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, exhibiting an innovative mindset to enhance stakeholder experience.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- A strong team player with experience in participative change approaches and qualitative evaluation methods.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and a can-do mentality.
- Strategic thinking capability to connect big-picture transformation goals with actionable operational steps.
- Highly approachable and people-oriented, able to build trust and foster open dialogue within the organization.
- Resilient and solution-focused, capable of navigating complexity and ambiguity.
- Plus: Basic ERP process knowledge.
