Your Mission:
- Manage customer orders from entry to shipment, ensuring full coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Shipping, and Finance teams.
- Enter and follow up on orders in the ERP system.
- Monitor order changes, customer credit limits, and financial status.
- Consolidate and prepare key reports, including monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Be a key user in charge of order-processing procedures and ERP tests.
- Support internal orders and prepare export documents.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics AX).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with sales forecasting and S&OP processes.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a strong asset.
