We are seeking dedicated operators to provide essential support in the manufacturing environment of large molecules (MAB), specifically in downstream processing (DSP). The operational activities are scheduled to commence in May 2026 and will run until the end of 2026. Operators will work in a 6/4 shift model.
Preferred candidates will possess an educational background in scientific or technical fields such as pharmaceutical technology, biotechnology, or chemistry. Experience in the purification of large molecules or extensive professional experience in related areas is essential.
The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training in a technical discipline (e.g., chemical technician, bio/chemical technologist, laboratory technician) and ideally hold additional qualifications as a biotechnologist. They should demonstrate a solid technical understanding, strong manual skills, and at least one year of professional experience in pharmaceutical production or in a GMP-regulated environment. Proficiency in spoken and written German (minimum level B2) is necessary.
The successful candidates will be prepared to perform physical tasks, including supporting weighing processes and handling raw materials. Familiarity with MS Office and MES/PLS electronic documentation systems is advantageous, and candidates should be willing to quickly familiarize themselves with these tools. As reliable, team-oriented individuals, they thrive in structured environments and actively contribute to smooth and high-quality production operations.
