We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team, preparing to compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026. Our team operates from three innovative locations:

  • The Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, known as one of the most modern facilities of its kind in Europe.
  • The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, renowned for its cutting-edge technologies and passion for racing.
  • The Audi Motorsport Technology Centre in the UK, currently in its launch phase and continually evolving.

Our power unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil specializes in chassis development and race operations.

Current Opportunities

As Formula 1 moves toward greater sustainability, we are searching for an ESG Manager (Environmental, Social, and Governance). This pivotal role will shape and execute our sustainability strategy, aligning technical advancements and racing operations with global environmental standards while fostering social responsibility and robust governance practices.

We are also looking for an IT Operations Specialist to assist employees with technical issues, inquiries, and project delivery. This position is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and will significantly contribute to user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to end users (both on-site and remote).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT systems.
  • Oversee cost-cap-excluded IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies.
  • Document support cases in the ticketing system.
  • Provide onboarding IT support for new employees.
  • Collaborate with external companies to work on projects and resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in the field of Computer Science or equivalent apprenticeship with further education.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience in a technical, engineering, or R&D-centric environment.
  • Project management education or IT project management skills are highly desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware, and networking technologies.
  • Experience with Apple devices is appreciated.
  • Expertise in cloud, platform engineering, and IT security is beneficial.
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German is a plus.
