Your Mission

• Provide first-level support to end users (both on-site and remote).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT systems.
• Oversee IT projects, including rollouts and system migrations, while adhering to cost caps.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Document support cases in the ticketing system.
• Provide onboarding IT support.
• Collaborate with external companies to tackle projects and resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.

Your Profile

• Completed degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science or an apprenticeship as a Computer Scientist with relevant further education.
• A minimum of 5 years professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering, or R&D-centric environment.
• Project management education or IT project management skills are highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware, and networking technologies.
• Experience with Apple devices is a plus.
• Experience in cloud, platform engineering, and IT security is beneficial.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in German is a plus.
