Your Mission
Provide first-level support to end users (both on-site and remote).
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT systems.
Oversee IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations with a focus on cost management.
Ensure compliance with IT policies.
Document support cases in the ticketing system.
Assist with onboarding IT support.
Collaborate with external companies to work on projects and resolve complex issues.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.
Your Profile
Completed degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science or equivalent apprenticeship, along with relevant further education.
Minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering, or R&D-centric environment.
Project management education or IT project management skills are highly desirable.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and hardware and networking technologies.
Familiarity with Apple devices is appreciated.
Experience in cloud computing, platform engineering, and IT security is beneficial.
Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
Good command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in German is a plus.
