Your Mission

• Provide first-level support to end users (both on-site and remote).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT systems.
• Oversee IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations with a focus on cost management.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Document support cases in the ticketing system.
• Assist with onboarding IT support.
• Collaborate with external companies to work on projects and resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.

Your Profile

• Completed degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science or equivalent apprenticeship, along with relevant further education.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering, or R&D-centric environment.
• Project management education or IT project management skills are highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and hardware and networking technologies.
• Familiarity with Apple devices is appreciated.
• Experience in cloud computing, platform engineering, and IT security is beneficial.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in German is a plus.
