Your Mission
As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional first-level support to end users, both on-site and remotely. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Managing user accounts, access rights, and IT systems.
- Overseeing cost-cap excluded IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations.
- Ensuring compliance with IT policies.
- Documenting support cases in the ticketing system.
- Providing onboarding IT support.
- Collaborating with external companies to work on projects and resolve complex issues.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A completed degree in Computer Science (University or University of Applied Sciences) or an apprenticeship as a Computer Scientist with relevant further education.
- At least 5 years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering, or R&D-centric environment.
- Project management education or strong IT project management skills are highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware, and networking technologies.
- Experience with Apple devices is appreciated.
- Background in cloud, platform engineering, and IT security is beneficial.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written); German language skills are a plus.
