- Motorsport Competence Center, Neuburg, Germany: Known as one of the most modern facilities of its kind in Europe.
- Formula 1 Factory, Hinwil, Switzerland: Renowned for its innovative technologies and passion for racing.
- Motorsport Technology Centre, UK: Currently in its launch phase and growing continuously.
Our power unit is produced in Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.

ESG Manager (Environmental, Social and Governance)
The ESG Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the team’s sustainability strategy, aligning technical development and racing operations with global environmental standards, promoting social responsibility, and ensuring robust governance practices across the entire team.
IT Operations Specialist
This position, based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland), is responsible for assisting employees with technical issues, inquiries, and project delivery while ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure to contribute significantly to user satisfaction.
Your Mission
- Provide first-level support to end users (on-site and remote)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT systems
- Oversee cost cap-excluded IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations
- Ensure compliance with IT policies
- Document support cases in the ticketing system
- Provide onboarding IT support
- Collaborate with external companies on projects and to resolve complex issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes
Your Profile
- Completed degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science, or an apprenticeship as a Computer Scientist with corresponding further education
- Minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering, or R&D-centric environment
- Project management education or IT project management skills are highly desirable
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware, and networking technologies
- Experience with Apple devices is appreciated
- Cloud, platform engineering, and IT security experience is beneficial
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- Good English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus
