Job Opportunity: Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tourism and a strong background in customer service, particularly with Japanese clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively with Japanese travel agents.
• Training and supervising other staff members.
• Controlling and managing staff schedules and training programs.
• Overseeing tour planning, sales, and operational duties.
• Handling reservations and managing quotations for tours.
• Providing information to Japanese clients at the information/help desk and over the phone.
• Offering emergency services for Japanese clients, including attending hospitals and assisting with lost luggage claims.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years' experience in tourism is required to ensure a thorough understanding of the industry and exceptional service delivery.
