Your Future Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the operational activities of the site, focusing on technical, human, and financial aspects.
- Manage and support teams, including project managers, technicians, and installers.
- Ensure the monitoring and proper execution of projects, with a keen attention to quality, deadlines, safety, and costs.
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, partners, and contractors.
- Actively participate in the commercial and strategic development of the site.
- Ensure compliance with standards, internal procedures, and current legal requirements.
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- A technical background in the construction field (civil engineering, building, building technology, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in site, project, or department management roles.
- Solid knowledge of the economic landscape of Valais and construction sector practices in Switzerland.
- Natural leadership capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfort in financial management and team leadership.
- Effective communication skills coupled with a strong solution-oriented approach.
