Job Description
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Property maintenance of residential and commercial buildings
- Cleaning stairwells
- Maintaining and cleaning surroundings
- Mowing lawns, removing weeds, maintaining flowerbeds, trimming hedges, and edges
- Monitoring building technology
- General maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs
We Expect
- Training as a facility maintenance specialist, craft training, or several years of experience as a caretaker/cleaner
- Fluency in German, both spoken and written
- Driving license class B
- A clean and tidy appearance, essential for our clients
- Good manners when interacting with clients and colleagues
- An enthusiastic and dynamic personality
