Your Mission

As ANAVIA continues its ambitious growth, we are eager to welcome an IT Operations Coordinator who is passionate about contributing to the future of unmanned aviation. In this role, you will take full ownership of our IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives. You will lead IT projects, enhance systems and processes, and ensure that technology across ANAVIA remains reliable, secure, and efficient while fostering the growth and continuous improvement of our digital environment.

Key Tasks

  • Oversee daily IT operations with internal support, ensuring clear prioritization and escalation handling.
  • Act as the main interface and coordinator for the external IT service provider.
  • Lead the implementation of IT initiatives (e.g., VPN, password manager, cybersecurity tools, MDM, backup and monitoring solutions).
  • Manage IT infrastructure topics, such as networks, access rights, and system setup in collaboration with providers.
  • Define and enhance IT processes, including onboarding, access management, device lifecycle, and support workflows.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity measures, including assessments, audits, and awareness initiatives.
  • Manage software landscape and licenses, including engineering tools and enterprise systems.
  • Support the introduction and rollout of new software solutions across departments.
  • Ensure documentation, transparency, and proper governance across IT systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through digital tools and automation.
  • Lead, support, and develop the internal IT Support function, ensuring effective prioritization, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and continuously optimize collaboration with external IT service providers, ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and the gradual development of internal capabilities.

Your Profile

  • Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, IT project management, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with external IT service providers and managing vendors.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience with enterprise software and license management.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or technology environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with engineering or simulation software environments is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German (B2 or higher) is highly desirable due to regular interaction with local stakeholders.
