Hedge Funds Migration Specialist

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Contract Type: Full-time office role (100% in the office)

Duration: 12 months fixed-term contract

Responsibilities

• Manage complex transfer and investigation cases, including 4-eye control, validation, and 'wet signature' of transfer documents.
• Coordinate necessary documents and eligibility checks with client advisors, legal teams, and other parties.
• Initiate and oversee transfers and reconciliation processes.
• Liaise with transfer agents and counterparty banks to facilitate transfers.
• Prepare fund-specific documentation for transfers in collaboration with legal departments.
• Review fund restrictions to ensure client compliance with fund requirements.
• Maintain daily communication with internal and external stakeholders as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
• Administer securities settlement static data (SSI).
• Systematically pursue outstanding information and overdue transactions.
• Investigate securities discrepancies and reconciliation breaks.
• Resolve complex client queries through internal and external escalations.

Experience Required

• 1-3 years of relevant experience with hedge fund migrations is essential.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in investment banking and wealth management is preferred.
