Job Title: Hedge Funds Migration Specialist

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

This is a full-time office role (100% in the office) on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex transfer and investigation cases, ensuring a four-eye control and validation through ‘wet signature’ of transfer documents.
• Coordinate necessary documents and conduct eligibility checks in collaboration with client advisors, legal teams, and other relevant parties.
• Initiate and oversee transfers and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process.
• Liaise with transfer agents and counterparty banks to facilitate seamless processing of transfers.
• Prepare fund-specific documentation for transfers in partnership with legal departments.
• Review fund restrictions to ensure that clients meet all necessary fund requirements.
• Establish and maintain daily communication with internal and external stakeholders as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
• Administer securities settlement static data (SSI) efficiently.
• Systematically chase outstanding information and manage overdue transactions.
• Investigate securities discrepancies and reconcile breaks effectively.
• Resolve complex client queries through internal and external escalations.

Experience Required:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in hedge fund migrations is essential.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in investment banking and wealth management is preferred.
