Your Assignment

To strengthen our team for an assignment with our customer in the Bern area, we are seeking an IT Support All-Rounder with a hands-on mentality, available immediately.

IT Onsite Support Specialist (60%)

Your Tasks

• User support: processing tickets, assisting local users and workstations
• Hardware lifecycle management, including the replacement of a large laptop fleet
• Practical on-site project support in close collaboration with an international corporate team
• Assisting with core switch replacement in the data center and the migration from the virtualization environment

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as an ICT support specialist or IT administrator
• Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, AD, M365)
• Fluency in German or French
• Good English skills for collaboration with a global team
• Autonomous, structured work style and enjoyment of hands-on implementation
