Your Role and Responsibilities
- Provide advanced onsite support for digital workplace and IT/OT environments, including hardware, peripherals, industrial PCs, local special software, and collaboration tools, as well as executing break-fix tasks, device commissioning, component swaps, and warranty handling.
- Resolve onsite incidents and service requests that cannot be solved remotely, ensuring stable operations across interconnected IT and OT systems.
- Perform IMACD and JLM (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) activities across all relevant onsite IT/OT assets, supporting installation, testing, maintenance, migrations, rollouts, and general infrastructure changes.
- Collaborate with vendors, third-party specialists, system integrators, and central 1st/2nd/3rd-level support teams, coordinating onsite interventions and maintaining clear communication with all involved parties.
- Ensure accurate documentation and asset management, including special peripherals, local systems, CMDB entries, solution inventories, and high-quality ITSM ticket handling in ServiceNow.
Your Profile
- Completed IT apprenticeship (Informatiker EFZ, ICT-Fachmann EFZ) or equivalent practical IT education.
- Good skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud environment.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and operational security practices.
- Hands-on experience with industrial PCs (IT/OT), embedded systems, and legacy technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Independent, structured, and pragmatic working approach with strong problem-solving ability.
- Fluent in German (mandatory) and English.
