Your Area of Responsibility:
- Manage and develop our OEKO-TEX.com website, ensuring top performance and excellent user experience.
- Create, edit, and implement digital content including copy texts, calls to action, online services, landing pages, newsletters, and more.
- Coordinate content translations to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Optimize SEO/SEA in collaboration with analytics experts.
- Be responsible for online lead generation, particularly through the newsletter, in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders based on established goals and KPIs.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, and optimize the OEKO-TEX® website accordingly.
- Collaborate and support overarching marketing projects to drive brand success.
Your Profile:
- A minimum of two years of professional experience in digital marketing, specifically in website management within an international company, preferably in the textile industry.
- Completed marketing training or studies (FH, university) with a focus on digital marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of CMS, preferably TYPO3.
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Experience in managing agencies effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to work quality.
- Team-oriented and collaborative, with a passion for engaging with diverse teams and cultures.
- A resilient, creative, and motivated personality with a "hands-on" mentality.
- Proficient in IT tools including MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, Miro, Asana, Photoshop, and InDesign (desirable).
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills.
