Join Our Team as an Omnichannel Marketing Manager
Are you passionate about transforming the world through education? We are seeking a motivated and curious Omnichannel Marketing Manager to join our Central Marketing team in Zürich. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying potential customers and providing them with the right information and inspiration to embark on an exchange year at a public high school in the United States.
As part of a small, cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team that values collaboration, transparency, and action, you will work closely with student recruitment and host family recruitment teams, utilizing user insights and data to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor omnichannel analytics, including paid search, paid social, organic traffic, search, email, and other activities driving traffic to our website.
- Create recurring reports and dashboards using various reporting systems and databases.
- Analyze data to optimize student and host family recruitment efforts.
- Set up and analyze paid search and social campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Manage SEO performance and innovate strategies in an evolving search environment.
- Oversee budget management, tracking, and adjustments as necessary.
- Create and improve content and experiences to drive SEO and conversion goals.
- Support marketing initiatives throughout project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans and performance reporting.
- Ensure clear communication across all departments.
- Introduce new features, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and audience engagement.
- Expand industry knowledge and relevant skill sets through internal training.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house performance marketing team, focusing on Search Engine Optimization, Content Strategy, and Paid Media.
- A data-driven mindset and analytical thinking, with familiarity in tools such as PowerBI and Excel.
- A collaborative demeanor with the ability to anticipate and resolve problems proactively.
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills to articulate strategy and present ideas to stakeholders.
