Join Our Team as an Omnichannel Marketing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and deeply curious Omnichannel Marketing Manager to become a part of our Central Marketing team in Zürich. In this role, you will help us identify the right audiences and engage them across various channels with compelling messaging that inspires them to embark on an exchange year.
You will join a small, cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team that values collaboration, transparency, and action. Collaborating closely with the student recruitment and host family recruitment teams, you will make informed decisions based on user insights and data.

Responsibilities
- Conduct Omnichannel Analytics to monitor day-to-day performance data, including paid search, paid social, organic traffic, search, email, and other activities driving traffic to our website.
- Utilize various reporting systems and databases to create recurring reports and dashboards.
- Identify nuances in data to optimize our student recruitment and host family recruitment efforts.
- Set up and analyze paid search and social campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Monitor SEO performance and strategize new activities in response to an ever-evolving search environment.
- Manage the budget, track spending, and adapt forecasts as needed in response to market dynamics.
- Create new content and enhance existing content that encourages SEO and conversion goals.
- Support marketing initiatives throughout project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans and performance reporting.
- Foster organized and clear communications at all levels across departments.
- Innovate by introducing new features, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and reach the right audiences.
- Enhance industry knowledge and relevant skillsets through internal training.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house performance marketing team, focusing on Search Engine Optimization, Content Strategy, and/or Paid Media.
- A data-driven mindset and analytical thinker, well-versed with tools such as PowerBI, Excel, and various dashboards.
- Collaborative personality with strong problem-solving skills—willingness to engage in difficult conversations and resolve issues together.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, able to articulate strategy and present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
