About the Role
Our client is expanding its administrative team across two office floors. In this role, you will join a team of three, working closely together to provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations.

Work Tasks
This versatile role involves providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of our client's Geneva office.
- Provide a professional, warm, and friendly welcome to clients and visitors, in person and via phone.
- Answer main phone lines and direct calls appropriately.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; coordinate outgoing mail/shipping services.
- Coordinate ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing office and breakroom supplies.
We Are Looking For
- First experience in administrative management.
- Advanced knowledge of French (C1 level).
- Advanced knowledge of English (C1 level).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
