About the ASPIRE Program

ASPIRE is a comprehensive business transformation initiative at Roche, dedicated to delivering best-in-class, user-centric digital solutions. Our goal is to enhance operational efficiency across the organization. At the heart of ASPIRE lies the One Roche Enterprise, representing the future of our enterprise landscape. This program aims to unify processes across Roche, utilizing SAP S/4HANA as its core technology, which will replace outdated local and regional SAP systems. Through a standardized template approach accessible to all Roche entities worldwide, our core business processes will be made more integrated, simplified, harmonized, and scalable.

The OCM Team of ASPIRE encompasses expertise in change management, communication, and training. This team plays a vital role in the development, deployment, and sustainment of the ASPIRE program, including leading and coordinating all program components such as myBuy, Integrated Planning with OMP, iCollab, and more.

Main Function

As the OCM Lead for ASPIRE DIA Commercial, you will spearhead the development and implementation of change and communication strategies that focus on the Roche Diagnostic affiliates. You will collaborate with the ASPIRE Diagnostics team, the global ASPIRE OCM team, and the Commercial Cluster OCM team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Serve as a Change & Communications Business Partner to the ASPIRE Dia Country Lead Commercial and the Change & Communications SPOC for ASPIRE Dia Commercial.
  • Design, execute, and support commercial engagement activities; contribute to functional communication channels; participate in functional and cluster meetings; and coordinate ongoing and upcoming deployments.
  • Keep the global ASPIRE OCM team updated on functional issues and plans, ensuring that the communication and training needs of the Diagnostic Commercial team are met.
  • Identify and deliver Change, Communication, and Training activities throughout the development, deployment, and ongoing operational phases, adhering to the ASPIRE OCM deployment blueprint.
  • Collaborate with the global OCM Team to refine the framework and create strategies for successful ASPIRE implementation.
  • Prepare for wave deployments and mentor local ASPIRE OCM representatives, ensuring that leaders and users are well-equipped for ASPIRE.
  • Oversee the local training strategy and materials, ensuring that OCM contributions align with local deployment schedules while coordinating with the global and functional training teams as needed.
  • Identify necessary resources, monitor the performance of local OCM representatives, and ensure that headcount and operational budgets are accurately forecasted and tracked.
  • Establish and report KPIs in accordance with the ASPIRE OCM KPI framework, regularly tracking deployment and sustenance efforts.

Qualifications / Requirements

Minimum/Mandatory

  • Over 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Communication, training, and program management.
  • Demonstrated organizational awareness, including experience working cross-functionally and within global teams.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with proficiency in English and German.
  • Experience in developing, evolving, and implementing OCM frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills within an agile environment.
