Your Future Responsibilities
- Assess the needs of patients and define personalized therapeutic goals.
- Implement interventions aimed at improving autonomy and quality of life in daily, social, and professional activities.
- Support patients in acquiring or rehabilitating motor, sensory, or cognitive skills.
- Advise on the selection and use of suitable assistive devices.
- Actively participate in the care or rehabilitation project in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to health promotion and prevention activities.
Your Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or a qualification recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
- Experience in rehabilitation, geriatrics, palliative care, or hand pathology is a plus.
- Demonstrates creativity, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in French (spoken and written), with knowledge of German or English being an asset.
- Works independently while enjoying teamwork in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Possesses good organizational skills and is comfortable with computer tools.
