Your New Role

As the Obesity Lead Specialty Care, you will spearhead the marketing strategy for our obesity portfolio across Switzerland. This role emphasizes engaging specialist healthcare professionals and revolutionizing the treatment of obesity in specialized care settings. You will lead at the confluence of commercial strategy, medical expertise, and patient advocacy within one of healthcare's most exciting therapeutic areas.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement specialist-focused marketing strategies for our obesity portfolio, driving adoption among priority specialist segments throughout Switzerland.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, prescriber behavior, and competitive dynamics in the obesity landscape, translating insights into actionable campaign improvements and field activities.
• Oversee product launches and specialist-targeted advertising campaigns, ensuring strong execution, field readiness, and alignment with Swiss market dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical, Sales, and Market Access to implement product and brand updates, ensuring seamless and timely execution.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets to optimize sales performance across specialist segments and regions in Switzerland.
• Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies, leveraging content analytics to refine channel and content decisions across specialist-facing touchpoints.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in key national and international congresses, ensuring a strong brand presence that aligns with overall brand objectives.

Within the Swiss affiliate, you will be part of the Cardiometabolic Marketing team – a dynamic group committed to transforming the treatment landscape for obesity and related metabolic conditions. As experts in one of healthcare's fastest-growing therapeutic areas, your team plays a critical role in connecting innovative treatments with the healthcare professionals and patients who need them most, while navigating the unique dynamics of the Swiss healthcare system.

Your Skills & Qualifications

We are seeking a strategic marketer with a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing and a passion for improving obesity care in a consumer-driven market. You will bring:

• A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (an advanced degree is preferred).
• Several years of experience in brand marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry; experience in OTC or FMCG is a plus.
• Expertise in developing and executing multichannel marketing strategies with strong skills in content planning, analytics, and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform data-driven marketing decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside Sales, Medical, and Market Access teams.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
