Your Responsibilities:

• Organization and management of the nursing department, considering interdisciplinary interfaces
• Close collaboration with doctors, therapists, and external partners for optimal patient care
• Ensuring high-quality and evidence-based nursing practice
• Accompanying and supporting the team in daily work and complex nursing decisions
• Participation in the strategic development of the department

Your Profile:

• Qualification as a registered nurse (Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH) with several years of professional experience
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and solution-oriented thinking
• Experience in team leadership or willingness to take on a leadership role
• Organizational skills and decision-making ability
• Very good German language skills; other languages are an advantage
