- Advising and supporting patients and relatives in nursing and organizational matters.
Your Profile – Leadership Personality with Expertise
- Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF/FH or a comparable qualification.
- Further training in Nursing Management, Leadership, or Health Management (NDS, MAS, or CAS is advantageous).
- Several years of professional experience in the nursing sector, ideally with leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge in personnel management, team management, and nursing organization.
- Excellent communication skills, social competence, and the capability to motivate and develop employees.
- Independent, solution-oriented, and economical mindset.
- Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
