- Advise and support patients and relatives in nursing and organizational matters.
Your Profile – A Leader with Expertise
- Completed training as a Qualified Nursing Specialist HF / FH or a comparable qualification.
- Additional training in Nursing Management, Leadership, or Health Management (NDS, MAS, or CAS is an advantage).
- Several years of professional experience in the nursing field, ideally with leadership experience in a similar position.
- Proficient knowledge in personnel management, team leadership, and nursing organization.
- Strong communication skills, social competence, and a talent for motivating and developing staff.
- Independent, solution-oriented, and economical mindset.
- Excellent German language skills in both spoken and written form.
