We are currently seeking an experienced nurse in adult psychiatry (M/F) to fill an 80% position on a fixed-term contract lasting 1 to 3 months.
Your Future Responsibilities
- Conduct therapeutic interviews to establish a strong relational foundation with adults facing various psychological conditions, utilizing effective conversational techniques and suitable therapeutic tools.
- Support residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort care and performing somatic care, including dressings and other technical procedures.
- Manage crisis situations effectively, providing immediate and appropriate support to residents during challenging phases.
- Act as a reliable communication partner for residents' relatives and families, facilitating smooth and reassuring updates on the residents' progress.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in psychiatry, with a comfort in providing care to individuals with psychological disorders.
- Exhibit calmness, rigor, and empathy when confronted with crisis situations and mental health challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective communication for quality patient support.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and connection with patients and their families.
