We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse specializing in adult psychiatry to work with one of our clients in a full-time capacity (80-100%).
Your Future Responsibilities
- Conduct therapeutic interviews to establish a solid relational foundation with adults suffering from a variety of psychological disorders, particularly in forensic psychiatry.
- Utilize conversational techniques and other appropriate therapeutic tools to provide necessary support.
- Ensure somatic care, including dressings and other technical procedures, while adhering to institutional frameworks and specific beneficiary conditions.
- Effectively manage crisis situations, offering immediate and appropriate support during challenging times for various beneficiaries.
- Serve as a trusted partner, facilitating communication with various institutional, social, and judicial stakeholders.
Your Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in psychiatry with a comfort level in caring for individuals with psychological disorders.
- A calm, rigorous, and empathetic demeanor when addressing crisis situations and mental health challenges.
- An ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring consistent communication for quality support.
