We are currently seeking a Nurse (M/F) with experience in adult psychiatry for a German-speaking day hospital located in the canton of Fribourg. This position offers an employment rate of 80% to 100% on a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract.

Your Future Responsibilities

• Ensure comprehensive care for patients within a structured therapeutic program in a day hospital.
• Actively participate in the implementation and evaluation of individualized care projects.
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
• Contribute to the quality and continuity of care for all patients.

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent diploma.
• You are proficient in both German and French.
• You demonstrate calmness, rigor, and empathy when facing crisis situations and mental health challenges.
• You possess the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring consistent communication for quality support.
• Your relational skills allow you to establish trusting relationships with patients and their families.
