Your Area of Responsibility

• Needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in collaboration with our partner physicians and interdisciplinary team.

Your Tasks

• Provide competent and individual care and support to our patients while respecting our nursing mission statement.
• Implement diagnostics and therapeutic measures prescribed by the physician in collaboration with our health specialists.
• Recognize and manage emergency situations, initiating appropriate actions until the physician arrives.
• Ensure accurate patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility.
• Support the introduction and training of new employees, trainees, and students.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist.
• SRK recognition for foreign diplomas.

Previous Experience

• Professional experience in acute hospitals is desirable.

Additional Skills and Knowledge

• High flexibility, resilience, and excellent organizational skills.
• Good German language skills in spoken and written (Certificate B2).
• Proficient IT user skills.
• High social competence and a strong sense of empathy.
• Strong team spirit and ability to guide colleagues.
