Your Future Responsibilities
- Conduct therapeutic interviews to establish a solid relational foundation with individuals in rehabilitation and follow-up care using appropriate therapeutic tools.
- Support patients in daily living activities, ensuring comfort care and performing somatic tasks such as dressings and other technical procedures.
- Act as a trusted partner to communicate with relatives and families, ensuring smooth and reassuring dialogue about the patient's progress.
Your Profile
- Valid Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent diploma.
- Experience in follow-up care.
- Demonstrate calmness, rigor, and empathy in all interactions.
- Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring constant communication for quality support.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with patients and their families.
