We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nursing Station Manager for a modern clinic in Oberrieden. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to the development and promotion of nursing staff.

Your Responsibilities:

• Leadership, support, and further development of the nursing team
• Promotion of individual development of employees through targeted training opportunities
• Development and implementation of new nursing concepts in collaboration with the clinic management
• Responsibility for efficient scheduling and resource planning on the ward
• Ensuring professional care and support for patients

Your Profile:

• Diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH with experience in personnel management
• Experience in guiding and promoting junior and specialized staff
• Interest in the conceptual further development of the nursing sector
• High social competence, teamwork skills, and solution-oriented thinking
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
