Join Our Team as a Customer Service Professional

Are you a fluent Norwegian speaker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join a leading international organization, supporting customers across multiple channels. As the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking customers, you will handle a variety of inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Meet service standards and performance targets.

About You

• Fluency in Norwegian and English.
• Ideally some previous customer service, customer support, or contact center experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Arrangement

This role is hybrid, and the company is based in Essex, so ideally candidates will have a car to access the office 2 days per week.

What's on Offer?

• £34,500 salary equivalent on a temp to perm basis.
• Weekly pay on hourly rate to begin with.
• Possibility of temp to perm if things go well.
• November start.
